Careers at Adeva Salon & Spa

As a perk to keep you motivated Adeva Salon & Spa will cover 50% of any education admission cost to support your journey as an artist.

 

 

Front Desk

ROLES / RESPONSIBILITIES: as a front desk staff member would include but are not limited to: checking in/out all guests, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, answering / directing emails to the correct management team member, communicating with stylists about their guests and schedules, selling / recommending retail, daily cleaning of the salon, and laundry.

Hourly position $11-$13 depending on customer service experience

20-30hrs per week

Must be available some evenings and weekends (at least 2 weekends per month)

Salon Hours 9am-8pm Mon-Thurs, 9am-6pm Fri-Sat, and 11am-4pm on Sundays

Adeva’s Training Program
Stylist

At Adeva we require all new stylists to participate in our training program. Our 12-16 week training program will allow you to hone your skills and build on the foundations you’ve learned in school and real time. The training program is a 30+ hour per week paid position where you will be training and assisting alongside our stylists and Salon Owners. 

 

After you’ve completed training and models for a specific service your books will be open to taking clients. This way you can start building your book faster, have real interactions with guests and hone your expertise. 

 

We require a technical interview for all of our applicants. Whether you are a seasoned stylist or fresh out of school, this will help our educators determine how much additional training and/or education you will need to be on the floor full time.

Adeva’s Training Program
Spa Providers

We require all new spa providers to participate in our training program. Our 4-6 week training program will allow you to hone your skills and build on the foundations you’ve learned in school and real time.

A few things about a us – 

Hourly wage during Training – Spa Provider in Training Program is typically 4-6 months 

50% Commission on services and bonus opportunities each pay period 

10% commission on product sales* 

Paid Time Off offered after 1 year of employment
