Return Policy
If your product isn’t working out for you please feel free to bring it in and exchange it for something else that you already love! Please note any exchanged items must be brought in within 30 days of purchase.
Cancellation Policy
We will require a card on file in order to reserve all appointments per our no show and late cancellation policy. We understand that life is unpredictable and things come up, but if you need to cancel your appointment please give at least 24 hours notice. If you are unable to give 24 hours notice* or do not show up to your appointment we will charge 50% of your scheduled services to the card on file.
*exceptions for emergencies and/or weather related.
Pet Policy
No pets shall be permitted in the salon except for guide dogs per Iowa’s State Law.

Community and Customer Conduct
We treat all customers with empathy, respect, and professionalism. We understand that each customer is unique and may have different needs and expectations. We listen attentively, show understanding, and strive to provide appropriate solutions. We expect all customers and/or clients of Adeva Salon & Spa Inc. to treat our employees, staff, artists and/or stylists with the same standards stated above. Adeva Salon & Spa reserves the right to stop and/or refuse service to any customers/clients in violation of our Community and Customer Conduct Policy.
