Taking a moment to relax and recharge is essential in our fast paced world. Our Spa Providers are here to help you take a moment for yourself.
We will require a card on file in order to reserve all appointments per our no show and late cancellation policy. We understand that life is unpredictable and things come up, but if you need to cancel your appointment please give at least 24 hours notice. If you are unable to give 24 hours notice* or do not show up to your appointment we will charge 50% of your scheduled services to the card on file.

New Clients Waiver Notice
As a new client we will educate and make recommendations on the service you are receiving. Please note that we may not recommend and/or refuse certain spa services depending on current skin/body/lash health, lifestyle and/or allergies/sensitivities.
All new clients will receive a service waiver detailing the service and recommendations to ensure the success and longevity of your service.
Please note that we do not perform any spa services for persons under the age of 16 years old. If you are 16-18 years old we will require a guardian’s signature to perform the service.
FAQs
- At least 2-3 weeks of hair growth is necessary to perform a waxing service. Ideally 3-4 weeks of growth and the hair should be about the length of a grain of rice.
- We recommend exfoliating 48 hours before your waxing service. If you miss that window of time, don’t worry about it! Do not exfoliate your skin 24 hours or less before your service.
- We do not service any persons under the age of 18 for waxing services.
- Redness is very common after waxing services. If your skin is red and irritated for longer than 24 hours after, please give us a call and/or seek medical advice.
- Please avoid getting your lashes wet for at least 24 hours after your lash lift and/or tint. Water can deactivate the solution used during this service.
- If you have any visible irritation and/or sensitivity we will not be able to perform your service.
- Please disclose any allergies and/or sensitivities to your spa provider. AVEDA products are 96% naturally derived and can cause discomfort and/or reactions if you are allergic to the ingredients
- If you have any visible irritation and/or sensitivity we may not be able to perform the entire service.
- We perform a dry pedicure. The entire service is done with hot towels rather than a traditional soaking tub.
- If you have any visible irritation and/or wounds we may not be able to perform the entire service.
Reminders and Recommendations
Brides
A trial is highly recommended for your event style 2-3 weeks prior. This allows you and your stylist to create a custom plan. There is a service charge of $80 + tax for a trial. Our stylists want to be prepared so you are able to relax and feel confident on the big day!
If you are planning on using any accessories or hair extensions please bring those with you to your trial and on the day of the event
Please ensure you and your wedding party arrive with clean and dry hair. If our stylists have to do additional services additional fees will apply (i.e. blow drying)
We do recommend wearing something comfortable that buttons down to allow for easy changing after the service
If you are planning on being serviced in the salon you are more than welcome to bring any food or refreshments you would like. We offer complimentary hot tea, coffee, and water
